Boat ride was ok. Once we reached the area for snorkling. We had a quick review of safety procedures. We tried to reach them for few questions and no one responded. Also, when the time is up, it is upto you and your family to make sure you have everyone. The boat leaves on time from the site so they can pickup the next batch. Dont waste your money with any of these operators, find a good buddy and go snorkling in other decent waters. We came to Wakiki just to find out whats all the big deal about. Glad we spent most of our time in other parts of island and stayed at Wakiki area to catch early flight. Good restaurants near by, nothing more, just a bunch of rude and tourists with little or no etiquette. Also, the mask rule in Hawaii is a joke , and doubt these hotels and businesses are actually cleaning like they supposed to. Be safe and do your part, and be respectful of everyone's space.
Boat operator: please make sure you have everyone on the boat before returning to harbour. That is a safety protocol you need to follow, and also a courtesy check shows you care more than just their wallet. With a few minor corrections, I am sure you guys will do great. Aloha.
