Moana snorkeling canceled us at last minute due to big surf and was not able to book us for another day/ time. We came Hawaii all for snorkeling and this totally ruined our trip. Even though Jenna made efforts tried to reschedule us, but it didn’t change the result… bad experience

Extremely rude never would think when you’re out here in the Hwy with your family I have people and a crew that are extremely rude the captain is the worst it all starts from the top they need a little bit more better welcoming people everyone on the island is very welcoming except these people captains a clown he is stuck up ,Thinks he knows it all and that’s a bad . It’s no good especially for this trip
