I had been on several small group jeep trips before in various locations but this was absolutely the best, due in great part to our driver and tour guide Sandrea. She is a great asset to her organization. I dont have to tell you the scenery is without equal and Sandrea's choice of stops and commentary made the time go fast. In addition she is a very competent off road driver and at no time did you doubt one of her choices and maneuvers in the full size Ram truck that seated 12 in the pickup bed. With this tour you cover a lot of ground and can see more than if you attempted it any other way so I say it is a good value. We went in the morning and it was cool but warmed up quickly. Wind can be a factor. Wear layers, bring water and snacks. The wind was not bad for our morning tour. As we returned this place was crowded! Lots of cars and trucks. Again another reason to go early. The wind tends to increase as the day goes on. In the late afternoon, we had what I can best describe as a 30-40mph sandstorm. I need to impress upon you the rapid changes in weather conditions. I would highly recommend this tour company and of course our guide!

Carol, our guide, was excellent at explaining how the Native People lived in this area. She was very good at identifying photo ops.

Extraordinary! Larry Team, our guide, showed us all weā€™d hoped to see and more. We would never have found most of the sights we saw, and would definitely would not have understood them, without Larry. In his laidback manner, from the beginning of the tour till the end he told us stories of places, life and beliefs that build Navajo culture. Larry seemed to know everyone and everything thatā€™s happened in Monument Valley and had a story about it. The weaver we saw explain with details and stories. Larry was prepared for anything. When rain started, cold & soaking, he whipped out little plastic ponchos that kept us warm & dry for the rest of the trip. We will remember this tour. Do not miss this tour!
