The tour was fun and informativeā€¦definitely better than just driving around looking at the monuments ourselves. We were able to see things that we would not have otherwise and also learn about the history and geography of the area.

This was utterly amazing. I wasn't expecting an in depth explanation of the Navajo culture and how it related to the landscape, which was in and of itself one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen anywhere, and we are well traveled. We had not one but three different tours there at the same time we were, but it was still not crowded at all. All of the tour leaders were Navajo, and all of them sang and played an instrument. To hear these haunting, beautiful songs in that place at that time was something unforgettable. Our guide's name was Sandrea, and she gave us a wonderful experience, we even got to see a weaver weave, in a hogan, and other buildings relating to the culture. It's not just a sightseeing tour but a glimpse into another world. I highly recommend taking this, it is well worth the outlay. If you have kids old enough to remember this, bring them here on purpose to see this. It is on a par with the Grand Canyon: the reservation is all as beautiful as the Grand Canyon. It just doesn't have the crowding. You can actually experience walking in all that beauty!

YƔ'Ɣt'ƩƩh! Thank you for your detailed and generous review! I loved to read about your experience while in Monument Valley - it certainly is a special place and untouched, in many ways, with a unique and vibrant native culture which is very connected to the land. Thank you for allowing our team to share in your Monument Valley visit! Safest of travels.

The most memorable tour ever with Ty. There are no words to describe the beauty of this most majestic place and Ty was the perfect guide . I was so moved by his proud heritage and his knowledge of of the Navajo nation and itā€™s history. I learned so much in our short time together. He was so calm and allowed us plenty of time for each monument. I did not want the tour to end however we had the most moving ending ever. Ty played his traditional drum and sang two beautiful songs at our last stop before ending the tour. I highly recommend this tour groupā€¦.. and will request Ty when I return.
