This was utterly amazing. I wasn't expecting an in depth explanation of the Navajo culture and how it related to the landscape, which was in and of itself one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen anywhere, and we are well traveled. We had not one but three different tours there at the same time we were, but it was still not crowded at all. All of the tour leaders were Navajo, and all of them sang and played an instrument. To hear these haunting, beautiful songs in that place at that time was something unforgettable. Our guide's name was Sandrea, and she gave us a wonderful experience, we even got to see a weaver weave, in a hogan, and other buildings relating to the culture. It's not just a sightseeing tour but a glimpse into another world. I highly recommend taking this, it is well worth the outlay. If you have kids old enough to remember this, bring them here on purpose to see this. It is on a par with the Grand Canyon: the reservation is all as beautiful as the Grand Canyon. It just doesn't have the crowding. You can actually experience walking in all that beauty!
