The tour was spectacular and our guide Bobby very knowledgeable. We stopped in many places to take pictures and hear about the history of the place. Bobby told us a lot about the Navajo culture as well. I highly recommend this tour!

We booked the extended tour through Viator. Our 2 teenage grandsons were with us and said " 3.5 hours HELP ". They loved every minute and it was their most favourite part of our road trip. We loved it too. Our guide was very helpful and answered all our questions. With the extended tour you see how the Navaho lived and are taken to places you cannot enter with your own vehicle. My husband and I did this tour 16 years ago and some of the formations have changed or eroded over the years. Get there soon, don't miss out on this wonderful scenery.

Nice to get into the restricted area and see some of the monuments up close. Norma was competent and perhaps new to her job. She sang a Navajo “hymn” to us in one of the overhanging rock areas that was pretty, but Christian in nature.
