I would not consider this a tour of the Monument Valley "Park"; rather it was a visit to sacred ground. The Din'e (Navajo) hold Monument Valley close within their hearts. Our Din'e guide, Norma, was not only friendly and and knowledgeable but her love of her lands, and Din'e heritage and culture was as much a part of the experience as was the words she spoke. This daylong visit was by far the highlight of our two week trip around the Colorado Plateau.

The tour really improved our visit to Monument Valley. Our guide Duffy did a great job getting us back into the canyon and showing us the Navaho hogan and back country arches and the “totem pole”. Highly recommend!

Monument Valley tour was awesome. Our guide was Bobby who was very knowledgeable about the area and customs. Going with a guide is the best way to see the Valley.
