This tour was one of the highlights of our long vacation in Arizona. Our tour guide Don was knowledgeable, entertaining, and fascinating. We learned so much about Navajo traditions and history. Not only did we get a first class tour through the beautiful monument valley, also got to experience an authentic Navajo rug weaver at work, be serenaded by native american flutes in a wonderful cave, and learn about the meaning of the petroglyphs. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting monument valley.

We went on a half day Monument Valley tour. The tour goes to restricted areas of the park the general public does not have access to. Our Navajo guide, Bobby, was so informative. We learned so much about the park, it’s geology and history as well as the Navajo culture. Bobby even played us some music on his wooden Navajo flute while under one of the arches. Very special. Great tour and highly recommend it.

Our guide Toney B. was phenomenal. Informative, very personable. He got out and spoke to us face to face, as opposed to guides with speakers mounted on the truck. Prepare for the sun and windy conditions!
