On August 28, 2022, we had the pleasure of going on a 3 hour Monument Valley tour with Don Mose, our guide. This tour was really a cultural and geological learning delight. Done Mose is a rare individual who is able to make the connections between peoples, land and history. So natural are his stories and explanations, that we could have listened all day! The pictures we took are amazing, but the experience will always be treasured! Thank You Monument Valley Safari and especially to Don Mose! Ohio

This was the highlight of our experience in monument valley. We were already having regretful thoughts on staying at the View cabins campground because of bad experience with staff. This tour made up for that bad experience. Our Navajo guide, Don was amazing. His enthusiasm in telling us history and culture of navajo tribe was infectious. He really cared that we have takeaway lesson from the tour. He also was very nice in taking our photos when he shows us a good photo spot. His tour didnt feel rushed at all. He brought us inside a Hogan, lady inside explained how they do weaving etc. She even demonstrated how they do a native bun hairstyle on my daughter. Don, also sang a healing song for us which felt like a spiritual experience. This tour experience was why we wanted to go to Monument Valley in the 1st place and it did not disappoint.
