After rushing from a restaurant to get our ride at the specified time, we found there was no carriage and nobody there to help us. We waited for over 20 minutes and talked to several people who drive carriages. They supposedly called the head of the Top Hat company. No luck. One guy finally took us out and took photos of our receipt to get reimbursed. The ride was about 30 minutes with a few pictures before we started. I would not recommend this tour at all for several reasons. First, our experience is illustrative of the crappy management of the company. Second, you can get a carriage ride for a lot cheaper and don't need to reserve it in advance. The going rate is $80 and we paid $280 for a carriage that never showed up. There are plenty of cariages sitting there waiting. Third, it is dark and you cannot see anything anyway. We took one of the bike tours a couple days later during the day. It was cheaper and a lot better with four different photo stops.
