We were booked to do a Christmas Lights horse carriage ride, but the company wrote in good time to say it was closed due to adverse weather. We were offered our money back or an alternative ride/date. We chose an evening ride in Central Park. It was still raining so difficult to see with the carriage plastic windows rolled down. We asked the driver to stop and roll the windows up as didn’t care about the rain. This was the best decision. The skyline and lights at that time of night look so pretty. The young male driver was thoughtful and informative and stopped for us to take photographs. I’ve read some of the negative reviews for this company, but this was not our experience. Yes, it’s expensive, but all the companies charge a similar price and you are in NYC. We’ve no regrets at all and am so glad I booked with this company.

Great interactive tour guide who answered all of our questions! She provided us with nice heavy blankets to keep us warm.

The wet weather didn’t help and it was a lot of money for what it was. The host was interactive but the overall experience was not as expected
