The Scotch Mist is a fun and fast sailing yacht, built in 1982 for racing by famed builder Bill Lee in Santa Cruz, California. In fact, she is the fastest production line sailboat of her size in the world, having won “first in class” in the prestigious Victoria-to-Maui Yacht race, besting her competition by over 24 hours.

Guides required to regularly wash hands
Atomizing sprayers are used to disinfect all seating & boat areas & equipment. Sanitizing stations are set up at the booth & on-board the Scotch Mist. As of 3/27/22 Hawaii & Maui County have eliminated masking & social distancing requirements for outdoor activities such as our sailing adventures.

The crew were great, being on a smallish sail boat is wonderful. It is quiet and feels much closer to the ocean experience. We enjoyed this very much.

Marty and Alex were very friendly and helpful. The sail to and from the snorkeling spot was very relaxing and had some great music playing. Plenty of refreshments and turkey wraps for lunch hit the spot.
