My husband booked this excursion as part of our Spring Break activities. Lucas was a great tour guide. The trip was well organized but flexible. He is very knowledgeable about the area, shares lots of fun facts and had a quirky sense of humor. My only recommendation... if Lucas offers snow shoes, take him up on the offer! Although Lucas thought the trail may be packed down, it wasn’t, which made hiking in powder snow much more challenging. Needless to say, I chose to turn around after 1/2 mile while my husband forged ahead with Lucas. If we come back to Seattle, I will definitely be booking another trip but hoping that will be in the summer to see the wild flowers and pick berries. Thanks for a great time, Lucas!!

My husband and I were visiting Seattle for the first time and decided to do this Trip to Mt Rainier. From the moment we were picked up at the hotel it started off great and ended great. Our tour guide Lucas was friendly, informative and entertaining and he did whatever he could to make our trip/tour an unforgettable one. We hiked to so many scenic vistas, but really the entire hike was breathtaking. Despite some mentioned areas in the tour being inaccessible due to the weather conditions, Lucas did his best and succeeded. He had great information on the local wildlife and one of the most interesting ones was about the giant land beavers. We coincidentally were on tour with another family that was from San Antonio Texas like us and that just made it even better. Overall we would 100% recommend this trip and highly highly, highly recommend you request Lucas. My husband and I want to come back in the summer and for sure we will be requesting Lucas if we do. This trip is one of our most memorable ones.
