Harry was my group's tour guide this past Saturday, and let me just say, he was phenomenal! He's everything you want a tour guide to be-- kind, caring, witty, all of the above! What I enjoyed so much about his approach was that he provided a natural balance of sharing his knowledge of Mt. Rainier during the drive while also allowing passengers time to themselves, be it to chat, take pics, or just sit back and take in the beautiful views. He was super approachable and laid-back but you could also tell how seriously he took our safety. We were definitely in good hands with him! He had a lot of great tips on things to do and try throughout the tour, and he even showed us a few hidden gem of spots to capture Mt. Rainier in all its breathtaking glory. Also, I could tell how very in tune he was with the group. For example, just one thing he did was go out of his way to offer to take pics for you and/or your group. You could see he genuinely wanted to connect with everyone and make their trip a memorable one! All in all, he's just awesome! Consider yourself lucky if he's your tour guide, but as far as I could tell all the other tour guides were great, as well! So don't hesitate to book your two (or more) tickets to Paradise- literally! 😉

So grateful to Lucas--and our special little guest that came along for the ride! Genuinely was a pleasure to hear very well-told and interesting stories that made the ride to Rainier all the more enjoyable--and also was mindful to let us nap on the way back! Very helpful tips and tricks and perfect rest stops to allow for us all to have a comfortable and prepared time. Add to it the most perfect, rare, CLEAR weather in November and the trip was spectacular!! Thank you so much for an amazing time!

Nov 14th, 2022= Wonderful day trip! There was quite a bit of snow so we didn't get to all the destinations I had hoped for (season closures), but Cory more than made up for that and stopped at additional smaller locations for more great views. He led us out on a trek in snow shoes up at Paradise and it was beautiful, a couple waterfalls, two lookouts, and plenty of good conversation. We all felt welcome and overall the day was fully enjoyed. We walked about 4 miles, and the pictures do not even cover how amazing the landscape is.
