I have never been .. so I was very nervous. The crew helped me to understand what to expect and were kind and very knowledgeable!! This is an extreme sport. So very exhilarating!!

Best for families with younger children, 2 - 10 years old. The ice-cream is ok, not great. With factoring the price, it's not worth it.

My daughter is 12 and this experience (“Pinkmas”) was perfect for her. “Museum” is a bit of a stretch. They do have some historical information about sundaes and banana splits but, really, this place is a series of very cute photo booths and opps. Staff was kind and friendly, ice cream was good (and vegan options were available). I know that my husband and father would not have loved this experience but— for a mother and daughter— it was a lot of fun. I also saw many younger families (with kids ages 3-6) enjoying the final room with the slide, sprinkle pit, and basketball hoop. Look at pictures, read reviews, and determine whether it’s for you.
