My husband and I can't say enough good things about our experience at AK Sled Dog Tours. Everyone we interacted with was excited about what they do and educating others about it. Isaac was an amazing guide and his enthusiasm was contagious. I have wanted to learn more about mushing for many, many years and couldn't be happier with our decision to book with AK Sled Dog Tours. Having Iditarod winning dogs on our team was definitely an unexpected bonus!

AMAZING!!! We had such a blast mushing the sled and hanging out with the dogs and puppies all afternoon. As adorable, energetic, healthy and happy all of the dogs are, the best part of the tour was the passion and knowledge the tour operators shared. We learned so much of the ‘behind the scenes’ that’s involved in caring for the huskies and training for the Iditarod. Elliot’s a rockstar, and meeting Isaac and Leddy was such a pleasure. Deysha was so helpful in booking the tour (sorry if the spelling is off on these names!). We loved it so much. Thanks to you all for making our winter Alaskan experience so memorable! Tracy and Mike
