Our group was made up of four adults. The trip included a horse drawn carriage ride, harbor tour via the Carolina Bell, and Boone Plantation. The carriage ride was interesting. The boat was great. They had reserved seating in the air-conditioned section of the boat. Boone Planation was beautiful. They only area of improvement, would be the bus. The seats were very narrow. We were unable to watch the informational film on Charleston that was played on the way down, because our TV screen was broken. Finally, the foot rests were difficult to pull down to use. Some were even stuck in the upright position. All in all, it was a wonderful day and we were all glad that after years of vacationing in Myrtle Beach, we finally book a trip to Charleston, and we don't regret that we choose Charleston Adventures.

We really enjoyed this Tour of Charleston! It's a 2 hour drive from Myrtle Beach and you get to see and do many things! I especially enjoyed the Carriage Tour of Charleston and the shopping in the Historic Charleston City Market!

My strongest recommendation is that you can do all of the different parts of the tour on your own. The tour itself was ok, not good, not bad. Here's the thing...you board a charter bus in Myrtle Beach and drive 2 hours to Charleston...this is not a guided tour. Then you take a horse and carriage ride which was pretty good. Next, you board the Carolina Belle and have a disgusting boxed lunch while you tour the harbor. I would definitely recommend the boat tour but don't eat on the boat. Last, you go to the Boone Plantation. You better hope it is not raining because there is no shelter and it floods in less than 15 minutes. We were standing outside in the POURING rain and lightning, no shelter because the house was busy with another tour. Lastly, your drive back to Myrtle Beach during rush hour, 3 hour ride in bumper to bumper traffic.
