My two friends and I are vacating in Myrtle Beach for a week. For something different besides sitting on the beach, we decided to do this day trip. The two hour bus ride was boring, but once we got there, the fun began. The carriage ride was the first part of the trip. Loved it! Our carriage was driven by two beautiful horses and the tour guide was very good. Wonderful story about how the horses are purchased at auctions that Amish use to get rid of their worked out horses. These horses now work at the carriage rides where they are treated very well. The city history was interesting too. The market where you get to shop after the carriage ride was filled with mostly imported items. Not what I thought it was going to be. Did not spend much money or time there. Next was the boat ride. That was nice and the guide was good. We were stuck inside because the open top fills fast. Inside it was hard to see out because the windows were dirty. Lunch was not bad for a boxed lunch. The Boone Plantation tour was nice. You won't spend much time in the house because that is a short tour, but the guide was really good. Next, you take a wagon tour around the grounds. Interesting and pretty. There is a small store there where you can get hand dipped ice cream and even a beer if you want.

My husband and I were in Myrtle beach for the week and I booked this tour for us we took uber which I totally love and we used all week as we had no car to Dillard where the bus met took us to charleston , first a carriage ride around a part of charleston with our 2000 lb horse trump he was a beauty and our lady guide who was full of knowledge sorry to forget ur name u wee awesome then off to harbor tour and sack lunch the captain took us around to forts and the beautiful Arthur bridge where he honked his horn under and it beautifully echoed was a great tour then off to Boone plantation tour and the majestic old oak tree lined street it was a nice day out with no driving just sitting back relaxing thanks!

This tour was great! The horse and carriage ride was fantastic and showed you some of the beautiful houses in the residential district of Charleston. The boat ride around Fort Sumter and around the bay of Charleston was magnificent. What topped off this great tour was the stop to Boone Hall Plantation! The slave presentation in the slave quarter area was so entertaining and made you feel like you were there in that time and place. The plantation house is incredible and the furniture in the house is awesome! You should really take this one day tour from Myrtle Beach to Charleston to experience the beauty of the South!
