Before I go in on everything that was wrong with this day, there were some positives: Greg our bus driver was FANTASTIC. We learned so much from him! Great commentary. Also I was able to get in touch with customer service while we were at the first winery to express our disappointment at the entire day schedule change. And B.R. Cohn winery is the most beautiful winery EVER. NEGATIVES: we were so looking forward to seeing Napa and Sonoma. Once we got on the bus the driver told us the wineries we were going to be going to, where we were going to go for lunch etc. As we were 10 minutes away from the first winery, the bus driver gets a call that the WHOLE itinerary was changing. They sent us to a winery farther away in Sonoma so we were later than expected for the first tasting. Yes the scenery was gorgeous but we were literally sitting on the side of a very busy highway (noisy) and the wine was not that great (winery was Muscardini). Then we went to B.R. Cohn which was the only good part of the day. Beautiful place, good wine and olive oil club to join. Then to lunch in Sonoma-many excellent places to eat and good ice cream spot. Last place was Sutter Home winery-SHUTTER HOME? I will not even buy Sutter Home in the liquor store let alone want to go there on a Napa tour. So disappointing that was our only Napa experience. Had much higher expectations.

Hello Cindy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations on this occasion. We are proud to partner with one of the oldest wineries in Napa with lots of history and knowledge to share. Let me clarify as well that all the tastings offered there are just for sale at the winery or for club members. We appreciate your words about Greg and his knowledge. He will be happy to hear this. We hope to welcome you back again soon! Xavier General Manager Gray Line San Francisco

My sister and I went to Napa/Sonoma during the Bomb Cyclone, when it rained 14 inches that day in Sonoma alone. Antonio, our driver, was very interesting and knew the area very well. The best part is he was a really good driver and managed to get us there and back during one of the worst rainstorms in a very long time. I hope people tipped him well. He deserved it!

We loved the first winery -Muscardini cellars. Excellent wines. Madonna state excellent for white wines. The third winery, beautiful vineyard but not so crazy about the wines. The driver/tour guide-excellent. His name is Antonio, from the beginning to the end of the tour was giving us excellent information and also we learned about the vineyards with him. Again, we give him a million stars.
