Unorganized. Bait and switch. I specifically chose the tour that didn't stop at Sutter Home. 1st stop, Sutter Home. Very disappointed. Bus broke down, tour guide Doug very disorganized. Had to take shuttles, then stuck on Sonoma plaza until bus was repaired. Tour guide should stsy in his lane abd ket the driver drive! No direction on how and where to meet after we were all separated. A few were left and had to get a ride from the winery. Very long day and didn't make it to all the wineries! Oh yeah in the beginning couldn't figure out which bus parties should get on?

Dear Cheryl, We're really sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the day that you had your tour, we faced a different number of unlucky events (1 bus broke down, and the tow company that was coming to fix it as well) that turned them to result in a disappointing service. Here at Gray Line San Francisco, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. And in this instance, we clearly dropped the ball in how we communicated those events and the actions we decide to take to mitigate them. We refunded all the customers we had on the day of the tour, whether it was requested or not, because we believe it was the right thing to do. I would like you to give us the chance to make things right and join our wine tour on your next visit to San Francisco. Regards, Xavier General Manager Gray Line San Francisco

Terrible experience. Bus got stuck at B.R. COHN winery. A total of 41 passengers were stuck in this winery for her an hour. Was told can get us on a smaller bus to go to Sanoma plaza to get lunch. Also told that everything will be fix by 3:30 so we could go to the last winery at 4:30. At 4:20 still stuck in sanoma plaza with no ETA on when we will get back to San Francisco. No secondary plan offer to customer on how they will get back home. Currently still stuck. The guide said he was also lied to by Gray line tour about transportation ETA. I understand that sometime things happens but why do we lie to customers and. Or offer any type of solution on how to get them home. My dinner reservations is now cancel and not sure on how we are going to get back. Gray line do not lie to your customer. You have a total of 41 angry customer who vacation for today is ruined. You as a company need To take full responsibility when situation like this happen. You truly learn about how a company operate when things do not go as plan. Gray line your I will never recommend you to anyone and I will never use your service ever again

Hello Nomad, First of all, I wanted to personally apologize for the bad experience that you had with us. Here at Gray Line San Francisco, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. And in this instance, we clearly dropped the ball in how we communicated those events and the actions we decide to take to mitigate them. Unfortunately, the day that you had your tour, we faced a different number of unlucky events (1 bus broke down, and the tow company that was coming to fix it as well) that lead us to not be able to give the correct information to our customers. However, I would like to make clear that we took all responsibility for the situation and not a single customer was left behind. Some of the groups were offered Uber to their hotels and others were dropped off by bus once was fixed. In addition, we refunded all the customers we had on the day of the tour, whether it was requested or not, because we believe it was the right thing to do. We would like to have a time machine and bring the time back, unfortunately we can't, so after the event, we did our best to mitigate the situation and making it up for the inconveniences caused. I would like you to give us the chance to make things right and join our wine tour on your next visit to San Francisco. Xavier General Manager Gray Line San Francisco

Very loud group in the back of bus. Lots of noise. Acting rude to vineyard tour guide at first stop and bus driver. Other than that it was a nice tour.
