Dear 545baileym, Thank you for your review. Although in your case you found rain during the tour to Napa and Sonoma, I am glad to know that you could enjoy it to the fullest anyway. We will be happy to welcome you again in our tours around Northern California. Best regards, Manager at Gray Line of San Francisco

Fabulous experience! The best tour that we've done. A must for everyone who loves wine. Our tour guide/driver (Hosen) was very informative and entertaining. Hope I spelt his name correctly.

I wanted to bring to your kind notice the unfortunate series of events that happened with me on my tour to Napa and Sonoma on the 3rd of March 2020. I boarded the bus on time from the Gray line office visited both the wineries and we were dropped for lunch at the Sonoma plaza and asked to meet in an hour and a half. I was present at the pick up point at 2:20 pm (ten minutes before) and I could not find anyone. The worst was that my phone had stopped working (only incoming calls were coming through). I rushed to the little restaurants to request them if I could make a phone call but none of them were ready to help. I rushed to the closest bus stop where a gentleman named Frank was kind enough to allow me to use his phone. I called up the Gray Line office and asked them where the driver was and they told me that he waited for me for 10 minutes and left. When someone signs up for a tour the tour operator or the company have a least of the responsibility to find out where a person is I could have met with an accident. The idea to take a tour from a trusted operator such as yours and not pack bags and leave on a random bus ride was to feel safe as a solo female traveler. I some how requested the stranger and he helped me book a cab to the winery. The cab driver started passing racist comments at me and when I checked him he pulled over and asked me to get out of the cab when I threatened to report him to the police that is when he decided to leave me to my destination. I was traumatized by the series of events if I did not take full charge of the situation my safety could have been threatened. I did not do any tastings infact when I spoke to the driver he started shouting at me. The charging point in the bus do not work, the ac was not regulated properly and it was a horrifying experience overall. As a tourist this is the worst anyone should experience or go through. Solution: I want my $110 dollars refunded

Dear 652nehag, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our tour. First, I would like to apologise if at any time you felt bad during the tour; I deeply regret you faced this whole situation, which unfortunately is out of our control. Secondly, I would like to point out all of our wineries have schedules that we need to adhere to; this is the reason why we cannot wait for passengers arriving more than 20 minutes late to the meeting point. Please note our guide waited more than the time established risking to loose the following visit, but we have to ensure the correct operation of the tour for all attendees. We hope you can trust us again in the future to check how we operate our high standard tours. Sincerely, Manager at Gray Line of San Francisco
