We had the most amazing wine tours with our tour guide Abe. Not only was he knowledgeable but he kept us laughing the entire time! We knew we were in good hands when at every winery they all shouted out “hey Abe.” He’s an incredibly likeable person who answered questions not only about Napa but other things to do- we would recommend this tour to anyone!!! Can’t wait to come back!

‭ The driver Tom was excellent and very knowledgeable!!! My sister tried to verify with the owner about the pricing and the owner hung up on her when she called to ask why she was charged more than other passengers. She explained it was because she booked on trip advisor. She called the direct number before booking and was never told to book directly. She then hung up on her which I witnessed on speakerphone. She attempted to call back and she blocked her number. My sister called back from my number and she told her she had the wrong number. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! There are better tours out there!

I will respond to your posting and that of your sister with one response, since your complaints are identical. We appreciate the time it took for you to express your opinion. You are correct: there is a difference of $2.25 between booking through Trip Advisor, owner of Viator, and booking directly with us. As the owner of our company tried to explain to you, our contract with Trip Advisor forbids us from re-selling a tour that they have already sold. Per our agreement with them, they provide advertising for which we compensate them the additional amount. When you called our office and spoke with the owner, you asked her what other options were available to you, and she told you could take a private tour, which you decided against. She spent considerable time on the phone with you, but felt you did not understand what she was saying. The bottom line is – according to Tom and your own admission -- you had a great time on the tour. In the end, that is what is most important.

My driver Tom was great! The owner hung up on me and blocked my number because I asked why I was charger more than other passengers. She said I booked on Trip advisor and I explained I called the company directly first and was not advised to book directly. When I explained this she got defensive and said she had other customers calling and hung up. I tried to call back a couple of times it did not ring. When I called from a different number it did ring. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
