Only gave 1 star because I have too...Just don't do it and waste your valuable time. This was a tour of Houston and then the Space Centre. Well the Space Centre is really just a thing for the school groups that were arriving, we were also taken around on open air trams in appealing weather. Previously to that was the Houston tour, I felt sorry for the lady who's first day it was being the voice of the tour, she asked if we were enjoying the place and the apparent hospitality so far and there was a few of us who had to say no. Was really just pointing out buildings in the city, not very impressive at all. We got off that old, open air double decker bus onto some dingy old mini bus that seriously had trouble starting, the guy that seemed to own the tour was having to constantly keep talking to the driver who kept getting lost. We also went thru some University to 'kill time' because they were waiting for someone, wasted my time too. I hope I've been able to warn at least 1 person...

We were a little confused about where we had to meet to begin our tour. We were walking in circles trying to find the building and found out there was no building. We had to meet the tour bus on the street corner. Wish this had been conveyed to us clearer. The city tour was very good. Then we transferred to the shuttle bus for the ride to the Johnson Space Center. We really enjoyed that also. We got back just in time to walk to the Houston Astros baseball game. A full and fun day!

If you are a space lover such as myself, this trip is amazing, I would actually state you really only need to see the Gallery exhibit. The tram was ok but honestly for all of the standing that you do and the transporting there to be inside Mission Control for 5 minutes just wasn't worth it. Be prepared for a lot of kids most of whom are bored out of their minds and unruly. Not for young kids, in my opinion, any childless that 10 is more than likely not understanding what they are seeing, not understanding the tour guides and not wanting to be there. Overall great experience, outside of the crazy Houston traffic in getting there was really a wonderful Saturday.
