My experience here was horrible. I do not recommend. We were visiting Houston from out of town and decided to visit. We first pulled up, there was a big sign that said “Sold Out Today” so we stopped and turned around. It was very inconvenient part of our day, we were let down. We went online to make reservations, everything was SOLD OUT. So we made reservations the next day BEFORE our flight. The sign said “Sold Out” again, but luckily we made reservations. When we got there, NO ONE CHECKED ANYONES RESERVATIONS!! No one even checked my reservation. I was very upset because having to make a reservation put a damper on our day and it was a major inconvenience only for them to NOT check it? THEN to make matters WORST the staff MISLEAD US!!! We made our reservation for the TRAM. We didn’t want to miss the tram because we were on a time limit. We began lining up as the staff told me don’t line up. “There was no need to line up. My reservation held my spot” and no one could “jump” me and there was no way I could miss the TRAM. Well guess what!!!! We did exactly that. Waited till our phone buzzed, and then come to find out they were “social distancing” on the TRAM and we still MISSED OUR TRAM despite what the STAFF LIED AND TOLD US. Because we missed the TRAM we missed the whole ride as the NEXT TRAM wouldn’t leave for an additional 20 minutes that we didn’t have. As we thought we had to make a reservation to attend yet, THERE WAS NO RESERVATION CHECKER!! My whole experience was ruined, if I had just formed the line regardless of what the lying staff told me, I wouldn’t have missed the TRAM!!

This review has to be made to the Houston Space Center . We provide the city tour & transportation only. We don't manage activities inside the Space Center.

This was our first visit to the NASA Space Center. We did get a family membership thinking that as we just moved to the Houston/Spring area we would get more family coming to visit and wanting to go to the Space Center. The tram ride was great as well as all the things to see and do. Well worth the stop!
