I came to Houston by myself equipped with the Citypass. I truly was not prepared for how incredible this place was, and I spent 6 hours there by myself. I was incredulous, to put it simply. Took so many pictures and just enjoyed learning about space, the astronauts, and respected the commitment these people have made to the entire process. I would absolutely go again if I find myself in the area.

Our group consisting of two adults and two teens did the NASA "tour" by this company. We were simply dropped off at NASA and picked up 4 hr later. For those that wanted the tram tour, we had to wait in line for almost 2 hours with others that purchased tickets on site. The Houston tour operator did not even get out of his bus. Basically a taxi service from downtown Houston to NASA and back. Don't waste your money - purchase timed NASA tram tickets and spend your time and money with NASA not this company.

Thank you for your message, Our guided Houston City tour started at 10:00 AM. This guest showed up late until 11:30 AM at the departure point. When the guest came in we offered the option to do the full 6 hour tour on the next day. It was explained to the guest that they had missed the first part of the tour. However, the remaining part of the tour for that day would only be the round trip transportation to the space center. The space center is located 26 miles from the city and the return time is at 4:00 PM, the guest agreed and got on board at the last minute. Admission to NASA is included for each passenger. It is the passenger's responsibility to be on time and arrive at least 15 minutes before the 10:00 AM departure. Passengers have up to a year to use the city tour part missed at no extra cost.
