Great transportation and guides. Our bus driver, Frank, was great. Courteous and safe. Our tour guide Melissa, seemed to be quite knowledgeable on history and operation of the distillery. We were with a group of 22 and a great time was had by all.

We spent our long weekend in Nashville. We came here thinking there’s no way we would get to Lynchburg without a rental car, not wanting use an app service for that distance. We lucked out and we were so thrilled when we came across this tour that provided transportation to and from the distillery, and yes the price includes the tour itself. The tour itself is done with the Jack Daniels Staff/Tour Guides. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Tennessee Whiskey Tours was accommodating, friendly and fun. Frank the driver is cool, and Chip seems like a good guy. My only recommendation would be to have a sign or stand or something with the tours name on it at the meeting point to make sure people know they are in the right place, there were a few busses in the area at the time. You definitely have a solid assumption that you’re in the right place but not having to ask “is this for the Jack Daniels tour?” would be beneficial for some people. For me, it’s not a huge deal at all, and for all I know maybe I just missed it! Just arrive on time, they are clear about the expectations for arrival and departure. A very cool experience and we’re so thankful for Tennessee Whiskey Tours for getting us there. We purchased online around midnight the night before for a tour starting at 9am the next morning and they were ready for us. It was easy and fun. I would highly suggest it for a partial day trip if you’re staying in Nashville. Thank you guys!
