This Jack and Back tour picks up near the 5th Avenue Korean Veterans Blvd intersection in downtown Nashville at 9:00am. Your guide will have a cooler on board stocked with ice and water. Feel free to bring your adult beverages of choice. The group will depart promptly at 9:10am for the 1.5 hour trip to Lynchburgh, TN. The trip is approximately one third on the interstate and the other part takes you through the small town of Shelbyville, a town famous for the Tennessee Walking Horse. After strolling through Shelbyville, the remaining thirty minute commute takes you through picturesque rolling hills and farms into Moore County, only one of three counties where distilling was legal in Tennessee until just a few years ago. Upon arriving at Jack Daniel's distillery, you'll disembark the bus and your guide get you checked-in to the distillery.  The tasting tour runs approximately 1.5-hours. You'll have about an hour and a half to peruse the small square of downtown Lynchburg. Don't forget to grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants overlooking the square (at own expense). Before you leave, take the opportunity to visit the White Rabbit Bottle Shop and purchase some rare and Tennessee-only bottles of Jack Daniel's or check out the selection of branded Jack items at the downtown general store. Service NOT received! The service offered is NOT aligned with what is described on the order page. The customer service is terrible and I NEVER get an email reply! I bought three tickets for a tour on 12/3/2022. Although I had a same-day flight at 5:30 pm, the timeline mentioned on the order page shows, "This tour will depart Lynchburg at 2:30 pm and drop off at the starting point at approximately 4:00 pm." I feel comfortable with the drop-off time and bought the tickets. However, when we showed up at the picking up point that morning, the tour bus driver told us that we cannot be back on time at the drop-off point at 4:00 pm and the estimated arrival time normally would be 4:30 pm, which is not aligned with what is shown on the order and confirmation page. We cannot make it if the bus does not arrive as scheduled since we need to catch a flight at 5:30 pm. We were also informed by the tour bus driver that no uber/Lyft could be found at Jack daniel’s place which means we cannot be back on time in any case. Then I called and emailed customer service/merchant and want to talk about the situation with them, but no one replied till today!!!!!! They ghosted me even though they didn't provide the service... Also, we also noticed that the bus is not leaving on schedule which makes us even more concerned about the drop-off time. (On the email confirmation, it shows that the bus will leave at 9 am anyways but on that day the bus left the pickup point at 9:17 am). My friends and I, we three were really about the tour previously but the reality brought us a nightmare. We paid over $380 for the tour which didn't provide the service as described but we cannot get our money back...we three are students and $380 is really a lot for us!!

We were provided historic facts and experienced whiskey tasting. Tom our driver was an excellent historian. And Kyle, our tour guide, made it fun!

We had a blast, our driver frank and our tour guide Kim made the experience all that much better. We bought alot of goodies to take home and got a bottle engraved for our anniversary. This tour is well worth it.
