National Corvette Museum
The National Corvette Museum is a showcase to America's sports car.  Start your tour with a short film about the history of the Corvette and the Corvette Museum.  As you walk though the museum you'll see exhibits featuring over 70 Corvettes in periodic settings including a mid-century barbershop, service station and dealership.  You'll see Corvette prototypes, one-of-kind cars, and racing champs.  Enjoy hands-on activities in KidZone , trivia kiosks, and the "Corvette Cave In” exhibit.  This exhibit takes visitors back to the early morning hours of February 12, 2014 when the earth opened up inside the Museum’s Skydome, swallowing the classic Corvettes.  The Museum's Skydome offers a glimpse of the size and depth of the sinkhole as well as the retrieved Corvettes. Guests are also invited to try a Corvette on for size in the lobby. The Corvette Store offers apparel, collectibles, home and gift items.  An on-site 50's-inspired Corvette Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Husband being a car guy, of course we had to stop being in the area. Very clean facility. Did the self tour. I enjoyed the unique cars and stories and of course the sink hole exhibit. My husband enjoyed everything else. Watching people in the simulator was a great laugh. A little expensive.

Seeing my new 2023 Corvette for the first time on Corvette Boulevard was an exciting experience. My host, Larry, was great and did an excellent job of explaining all the features of my car. He gave us a personal tour of the museum and was very knowledgeable about all the cars. Definitely the way to get a new Corvette.

We took the guided tour then walked around by ourselves for a while. I would recommend buying the guided tour. Worth the extra $5. Do the guided tour first then you can go back to the areas where you want to see and read more, it's a better use of your time. We hung out in the hall way for a while and watched the new owners taking possession of their new C8 Corvettes. It was fun to watch the smiles on their faces as they drove out of the building. The restaurant was closed the day we were there, but there is a snack bar with sandwiches and chips.
