National Corvette Museum
The National Corvette Museum is a showcase to America's sports car.  Start your tour with a short film about the history of the Corvette and the Corvette Museum.  As you walk though the museum you'll see exhibits featuring over 70 Corvettes in periodic settings including a mid-century barbershop, service station and dealership.  You'll see Corvette prototypes, one-of-kind cars, and racing champs.  Enjoy hands-on activities in KidZone , trivia kiosks, and the "Corvette Cave In” exhibit.  This exhibit takes visitors back to the early morning hours of February 12, 2014 when the earth opened up inside the Museum’s Skydome, swallowing the classic Corvettes.  The Museum's Skydome offers a glimpse of the size and depth of the sinkhole as well as the retrieved Corvettes. Guests are also invited to try a Corvette on for size in the lobby. The Corvette Store offers apparel, collectibles, home and gift items.  An on-site 50's-inspired Corvette Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and snacks.

We were in the area to visit the newest Bucee’s location and decided to give the Corvette museum a try. I myself am not a big Corvette fan but I will say it was an interesting stop along our route. From the history of the plant relocating to the city of Bowling Green in 1981 to the sink hole collapse of 2014 this made for a good 90 minute traveling stop. They have a gift shop, a restaurant and I’d guess nearly 60-70 Corvette’s on display from several different generations of the vehicle. Not sure I’d need to revisit it but glad we did go on this day.

Went to the Museum as part of a family road trip. Spent several hours inside. The displayed vehicles were awesome. The sink hole exhibits were unbelievable. Also it was cool to see the new owners picking up their cars from the museum. My son and I did the driving simulator in a head to head race. It was a lot of fun. We also lunch in the Cafe attached to the museum. The food and service were both great. I would go here again if we ever pass back through Bowling Green.

This museum is great for the history of the corvette. There are many different cars and things to see, including the sink hole that destroyed part of the museum. There is not much that is interactive there, except a simulator, which costs extra. The museum is a unique stop.
