What To Expect

National Corvette Museum

The National Corvette Museum is a showcase to America's sports car. Start your tour with a short film about the history of the Corvette and the Corvette Museum. As you walk though the museum you'll see exhibits featuring over 70 Corvettes in periodic settings including a mid-century barbershop, service station and dealership. You'll see Corvette prototypes, one-of-kind cars, and racing champs. Enjoy hands-on activities in KidZone , trivia kiosks, and the "Corvette Cave In” exhibit. This exhibit takes visitors back to the early morning hours of February 12, 2014 when the earth opened up inside the Museum’s Skydome, swallowing the classic Corvettes. The Museum's Skydome offers a glimpse of the size and depth of the sinkhole as well as the retrieved Corvettes. Guests are also invited to try a Corvette on for size in the lobby. The Corvette Store offers apparel, collectibles, home and gift items. An on-site 50's-inspired Corvette Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and snacks.

The history of an American classic. The Corvette blends the engineering and technology of Zora Duntov with the imagination of Harley Earl. It is a perfect symbol of America’s progress over the past 7 decades.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We spent a couple of hours here. There are a lot of pristine corvettes to see from the 50s through present. There is even a section about the sinkhole which happened a few years ago and swallowed 7 Corvettes. They have restored 2 and you can see the rest in the condition they were pulled from the sinkhole. If you're a car lover and especially corvette lover, you should definitely visit this but anyone would love this.
