What To Expect

National Corvette Museum

The National Corvette Museum is a showcase to America's sports car. Start your tour with a short film about the history of the Corvette and the Corvette Museum. As you walk though the museum you'll see exhibits featuring over 70 Corvettes in periodic settings including a mid-century barbershop, service station and dealership. You'll see Corvette prototypes, one-of-kind cars, and racing champs. Enjoy hands-on activities in KidZone , trivia kiosks, and the "Corvette Cave In” exhibit. This exhibit takes visitors back to the early morning hours of February 12, 2014 when the earth opened up inside the Museum’s Skydome, swallowing the classic Corvettes. The Museum's Skydome offers a glimpse of the size and depth of the sinkhole as well as the retrieved Corvettes. Guests are also invited to try a Corvette on for size in the lobby. The Corvette Store offers apparel, collectibles, home and gift items. An on-site 50's-inspired Corvette Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Excellent museum with a lot of information. The disaster with the sink hole section was very interesting as well. Kids section for interactive items clever.

Many members of our Lone Star Corvette Club attended the NCM Bash event in April. This special event includes museum displays, seminars, special awards dinners, and displays. The multiple-day event allows time to attend numerous tours arraigned by the museum. A special recognition dinner is held for people who have donated to the museum during the past year.

Bowling Green,Kentucky trips: The National Corvette Museum. Interesting to read about the history behind the corvette designs, the people involved.. the sinkhole that happened in the museum in february 2014. Some fun activities for kids to do as well.
