The Cooking class in New Orleans was great. You have the option to participate and cook or observe and taste the cooking after the teacher prepares the various New Orleans classic dishes. It was so fun. Pat our teacher also gave wonderful information about the culture of New Orleans the various foods and where the recipes came from. It was so informative and amazing to sample.

Rene was an engaging and knowledgeable chef. This was my second time coming to the NO Cooking School. I returned with some friends this time. Thanks for a fun afternoon.

Our chef/presenter was super nice and fun! She made the delicious gumbo, jambalaya and pralines. They were awesome and gave tips for options to the recipes
