I enjoy New Orleans cooking. It was great learning other ways to cook Cajun dishes and new cooking techniques that I need to refresh myself with.

My wife and I visited NOLA from NY and had an amazing experience! Vivian was entertaining, knowledgeable and an amazing Chef! This was the best experience finished off with a delicious meal. I highly recommend on your trip to schedule a visit.

We attended a class at the beginning of February. It was enjoyable. They have a shop where you can buy spices, etc. They also have a deal if you buy online and have your items shipped, you save 10%. All sounded good but we never received our items. Calls to the shop gets us an “I’ll look into it” response. It’s been a month and a half and still no shipment.
