I'm so glad I chose the small tour with Lucky Bean Tours. It's much more intimate and personal than the large tours. You can hear every word the guide says, and ask as many questions as you'd like. Libby was fantastic! Her family has lived in New Orleans for 10 generations, and she guided us on a fascinating tour of the Garden District. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local history and culture, and a delightful person to spend a couple of hours with. We enjoyed every minute with Libby and highly recommend this tour.

Thanks for the fantastic review! Small groups are the best, and asking and answering questions make the time so enjoyable. I do know a lot about our history and culture, but not everything, and I am always studying and reading. Almost every day I bring a new little piece of information or insight to my tour, and that keeps my tours fresh and me energized! I hope you come back and tour with us again and hear what else we've learned.

We really enjoyed our tour of the Garden District a few weeks ago. Our guide, David, kept the tour engaging, fun, and informative and seemed to know the answer to any question we could come up with (and, as chatty New Yorkers, we came up with plenty). Would definitely recommend!

New Yorkers are savvy tour-takers! Thanks for touring with David and taking advantage of his extensive knowledge about the Garden District - I know you came away with a genuine understanding of the history of this great place. Thanks for taking the time to review.

Whenever I travel for pleasure, I try to take a tour the first day to help orient me to the area. After searching Trip Advisor for several tours I settled on Lucky Bean Tour. Our tour guide was Libby, who is also the owner. In short, Libby was wonderful. She was a wealth of information. I could see that the history of the city is thrilling for her by how she told us stories about the subject at hand. She even used French, Spanish and Russian accents as needed to bring the information to life! Besides being a wealth of knowledge, Libby is a personable, friendly and thoroughly delightful person. I would definitely take a another tour with her.

Wow, thank you for the great review! You were a great trio, and I'm glad you laughed at my lines and appreciated my accents! Also, thanks for posting a picture. I really love my city and I love sharing it with my guests. Actually, your tour did not cover as much ground as we usually do because the conversation got so lively! I am looking forward to showing you around the French Quarter next time.
