A highlight of our trip. My husband, our 25 year old daughter and 23 year old son and I had a blast with this hands-on experience. We started at our table with Chef Matt (who rocks!) outlining the history of New Orleans cuisine with all the influences from different cultures while enjoying Mimosas and Bloody Mary's. Chef Matt is funny, knowledgeable, engaging and blessedly patient. Each one of us had a great time, and a great time together. All the prep work is done so you just have to cook- they even handle clean up. The food was delicious and making Bananas Foster with flames was a highlight. Worth every penny!
