Ozzie Jr was our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and handled politically challenging questions about Katrina well. Father is a career tour guide and mother is a court reporter.The tour was better than we expected. We got a chance to see a wide variety of residential neighborhoods Upper Ninth Ward, Garden District, etc. as well as the tourist attractions. This is a tour you should do on your first full day because then you will know where to go back and explore. I also felt the smaller group of 15 allowed for some flexibility in the tour. We stopped at PJ's Coffee for a break. The price was just right. I would recommend this tour to people who only have a few days.

Our tour guide was great and we got to see some parts of NOLA that we would have otherwise missed. After the fact, I wish we would have taken a tour with a different vehicle. We were in the way back of a van, and the rough streets made the van rattle like crazy so we couldn't always hear the guide as she explained where we were and what we were looking at. Because of the angle of the roof, it was also difficult to see anything higher than what was just horizontal to the window so we didn't get a good look at some of the architectural details being pointed out.

The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting but unfortunately her PA system did not allow us to hear all she was say as we were sitting at the back.
