The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic experience of a grand paddlewheeler on a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi.
In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.
The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.
Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat.
The riverboat cruises rain or shine.

Just a relaxing little Cruz on river. Enjoyed views , commentary, and the meal. History of Mississippi was interesting.

Our trip included the lunch buffet (11 AM seating). If you get in line early you can grab a window seat for lunch. The server will bring you a plate of fish, sausage, jambalaya, and red beans along with a slice of bread pudding. If you want more of anything, just ask a server and they will bring it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The two hour cruise was split between commentary from the captain and music from a Dixieland jazz trio. The band is shown on several TV screens throughout the ship. After lunch, we wandered around the ship and settled down in the room where the band was playing. It was a nice experience.

The band played fir a half an hour and music selection was poor , the food even worse . I got sick . The price is too high for this nonsense !
