The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic experience of a grand paddlewheeler on a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi.
In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.
The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.
Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat.
The riverboat cruises rain or shine.
Anyone looking to book a group of 9 or more should contact the booking site directly. Different rates apply.

Tried to get on 2:30 tour and waited in long line for tickets the day before. Get to the gate to board boat and are informed we need a vax card or PCR test. Husband and I are triple vaxed but didn't have the info available and it's fine but we needed to be told the day before! Also paid $36 for parking which then couldn't be reimbursed. Get tix for next day, get our vax cards ready, go to board boat, and the trip is cancelled due to mechanical problems. This is not announced over a loudspeaker. It is said quietly to parties one by one AFTER waiting in line to board the boat. Super rude. Wait in another long line to get reimbursed, but they wouldn't reimburse the parking fee of ANOTHER $36. We had to leave town at that point and couldn't get on a later ride. Paid $72 in parking total for a boat ride we never took. Extremely disappointing.

Our apologies. If we have an email of cell phone number you should have had a notice in advance. we can understand your disappointment. The Vaccination proof was a city mandate not issues by us as a company. We posted on three spots on our website.

Poor experience. We paid to go down the Mississippi River to look at boats transport scrap metal. The only good thing on board was the live band playing but I think this is a ploy to take your mind off the scrap metal boats.

Perfect for everyone in the family, music was amazing, drinks were reasonably priced. Staff was beyond friendly. Get there early if you want a chair to sit in. Like much earlier than the start of boarding.
