The park itself and directions are not the greatest but the staff is super polite one girl with lots of tattoos stopped sweeping and offered to take my family pictures after she seen me struggling to get the kids picture ready and helped directing me to everything I needed.

We had a fantastic visit! The grounds were pretty clean, and the sea life was well cared for. We did a Behind the Scenes Shark Tour with Mal. If you do the earlier tour, the crowds won't be there, and it will be much quieter. It was a super fun and informational tour! Mal was a wonderful guide. The sea lion show was short but fun. The 4-D theater experience was ok. The sharks were my husbands favorite, and the penguins were mine! We thoroughly enjoyed our couples visit!

It was amazing, I liked it. I met the sea lions, penguins, sharks, different kind of fish. I also love the show
