The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.

Booked 3 day pass with big bus and service was crap. Lined up for 1.5 hours at 4.00pm to get a bus back from Statue of Liberty and then had to stand the whole way strongly suggest you buy with grey line city sightseeing as they had heaps more buses

I bought 2 tickets on the street, right next to first stop. It was 12:30 PM, the salesman told me that it was a great deal to stop using metro and use the bus instead. The thing is: in winter, the buses stop at 5 PM. Also on the streets I was told (SEVERAL TIMES) that you can catch a bus every 10 minutes. That was also a lie, they come every 15-25m. Two unlimited metro tickets cost 66usd and the scam bus cost 118 usd (with taxes). Avoid it or use it in summer. Ps: there is no exchange or refund on the ticket.

I work in a global organization where customer service is the most important element of success and I’m sure is the same for the Big Bus company. Unfortunately today one of their sales associates in the street just outside the Renaissance hotel in Times Square didn’t fulfill the commitment of excellence. We were hesitating between picking the big bus or their competition as we need it 3 days and he offered two days with one extra day for free, he claimed additional discount to be given which was the same as we were buying the tickets online so no major discount in reality. However, at the moment we paid he tried to distract us as he was charging the regular price and only for two days which we realized immediately after he made the credit card charge. We asked him about the 3rd day that he offered to be for free and he blame the system and that because his manager was not available nothing was possible to be done. It’s really disappointing that on this days there are dishonest people that affect the organizations they work for just because they are selfish and think In their personal interest on top of all. The tour itself was good, the driver, the ladies that were talking to us and helping on the bus were super helpful and kind. I’m sorry I need to score this low for the experience in the floor, but we should not be tolerating this situations anymore.
