Don't buy a three day pass thinking you can use this as effective means of transportation on your vacation. You cannot start in the middle of a tour and ride past the end point. you will have to get off and walk to the start point and wait in line a reboard another bus. So taking one line to connact to another line like you would on the subway doesn't work. you'll waist your time. You can get around great on foot and the subway. If your staying near times square you can walk to so many things you'll want to see. Take the subway to 911 and then walk to Wall street and lower Manhattan sights. As far as a tour, it is a great way to see the city with a great view on top of the bus. We did the red, blue, and night tours. We did all these tours the same day and never used the bus pass again as it didn't wour as a means of tranportation. We had great experience on the red and blue tours. great way to see a lot of city. The night tour guide was awfull. We took our head set off it was soo bad. The view coming back across Manhattan bridge was great but you can walk across the Brooklyn bridge and see the same thing at your own pace. and take the suway back to Times square We didn't use our passes the last two days because it was better to walk and suway

If you are considering Big Bus Tours, don't! We have always used this company in other cities and that impacted our decision to use them again. Big mistake! Half of the tour guides were terrible, with the exception of Ric on the Harlem tour. Worst of all amidst deadly heat warnings these buses have no air conditioning! We have always had air conditioning in other cities. They also kept everyone lined up for about 45 minutes before we could start and would only let buses leave every 15 minutes during a peak tourist season. Terrible service don't waste your money

Good Afternoon 853sandym, As a loyal Big bus passenger, it is a disappointment, we were unable to exceed your expectations. We work strenuously daily to provide all of customers a memorable experience. While you've enjoyed Rick's complementary, all of our guides are trained to present a commentary that is both informative and enjoyable, explaining the history of different buildings and sights, all while adding information and facts about Manhattan. They are also expected to treat our guests with courtesy, respect and kindness. We appreciate you providing to [email protected] names and descriptions of the tour guides and drivers that you had on your tours, as this information helps us with coaching and retraining. Please know our buses does supply A/C and although, we service our buses daily to prevent malfunctions, we do experience issues on hotter times. Please also include a bus number in your email as we monitor these malfunctions to have corrected immediately. The information you provide will be reported to our mechanics. It is unfortunate that your buses were full. We are always monitoring the demand, and plan for additional buses during busier times. We apologize again that we did not meet or exceed your expectations. With the feedback you provided we will continue to strive to be better and hopefully meet your expectations the next time you visit New York. Kind Regards, BBTNY

We were able to see so much. We paid for the pass with five attractions. We were even able to use one toget to the airport on our return. Very highly recommend.
