We bought three day unlimited pass. It was a great way to see New York. Guides who were giving commentary throughout the tour seem really well informed about their job. Informative yet humorous. Dont go for downstair seats, they dont have AC, you would feel suffocated. They provide free raincoats, so dont get shy for rains in upstairs. If you want to avoid wind-gust and have the front row view, arrive half and hour early and be the first in the queue to get the front seat in the upper deck. Three day pass also gives you access to night tour and complimentary boat tour to Statue of Liberty.

We got the two day pass for the bus around New York City. I will say on the description of where the bus stops are are poorly done . Everything was ok for the first day and a half. Our last bus ride that we decided to take was the red bus. We got on at Stop 10. We were so tired from walking around and just wanted to get to the port authority at stop 15 so we could get home. Our guide was a very old gentleman. They did not stop at ANY of the stops! They decided to take their own route! One of the passengers yelled out hey, I wanted to see the Statue of Liberty aren’t you going to stop? He said no you can buy an extra ticket if you want to see that. Another stop went by and I said when are we going to get to the port authority stop and he said we are not stopping there either, You’ll have to walk there he said. We were on that bus for over two hours! We were not stuck in any traffic, they just kept driving around and refused to follow the schedule. I find that totally unacceptable! other than that all the other routes and drivers/guides were fabulous but I would not recommend using Big Bus, they make their own rules.

Good Afternoon 556peggyg, Please provide a copy of your ticket and detail description of your experience at [email protected] so we may further investigate the reasoning into this incident. We record delays and capacity, in hopes of bettering our services and we only close stops or route changes when we are mandated to by the Department of Transportation, we abide by all rules and regulations set forth on us. Whenever we do need to make changes to our routes, these closures are posted on our website and app under “Service Information”. We are always monitoring our routes, and try to give our customers the best tour, while still moving efficiently. Kind Regards, BBTNY

We got to do the upper east side and a few stops downtown before being rained out. Bummer as I had bought a 3 day pass.
