The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.

Great info and service all the staff are super helpful and nice. Buses run often and you can usually get in the top deck. Worth booking in advance

Worst bus company ever ! Always waiting ! Not enough bus on the circuit! Waiting 45 minutes near Battery Park! Use top view, better , I’ll go with them next time!

The bus itself is wonderful and the stories are relevant and interesting. BIG Disappointment was that I purchased the uptown and downtown. We got on the downtown the minute it opened because uptown didn’t open until 1130. We got in front of the Metropolitan Museum at 2 PM and apparently we missed the last bus. Serious? There’s nothing that describes win the last bus comes it just says that They stop running at 4 PM. They should definitely list a last stop time somewhere. Other than that everything was great and the Statue of Liberty ticket was perfect and easy
