There had been an accident with the boat we were supposed to take at 4. They put us on another one leaving at 4:30, we were fine with that. We did not leave until 5:15, there were many more people they kept letting on. There was no outdoor seating. The bathrooms were horrible. We did not get the complimentary picture we were promised. The staff didn’t care about people who were unhappy. They would not allow us off. It just wasn’t the experience we expected. I would not recommend.

Cruise delayed by ship accident. Left port 30 minutes later than rescheduled time of 12:30. Booked/paid for Manhattan cruise for 90 minutes...trip was 45 minutes to Statue of Liberty and back. Very unprofessional and I will not recommend this experience to anyone. Choose another company.

1. I scheduled the 90 min tour, when I got there I was told it would be 1 hour, but was never told why. 2. It was supposed to start at 12, and the booking said boarding ends 15 mins before departure. So, I got there well in advance at 11:30. I ended up standing there until 12:30 and we didn’t leave until 12:45. Again, with no explanation. 3. The views on the tour are great, but they really only talk for 15 mins. Overall, it was very unorganized and no one gave us any reasoning as to why the tour was cut short and why it was starting late. I spent an hour standing there just wondering what was going on, and staff was not engaging or helpful. I was with my senior citizen mother and i would have planned better if i knew we weren’t departing until 12:45, it was not right to have her out there in the cold just standing. Again, if any one would have said anything that would have been nice. Also, I heard other people ask why the tour was cut short and the crew replied ā€œwell at least you’re still goingā€. That was why I didn’t bother to ask, in case you’re wondering. I understand that things happen and circumstances can be out of the company’s control, but they could have literally just said something like that and that they were sorry, but we could only tour for an hour. That would have gone a long way. You’re likely to find a better experience elsewhere.
