We were approached by sales people at Battery Park. Lied to from that interaction at 2:30pm until we were allowed to load the boat at 5pm. We were told we should pay all together in order to get all our assigned seats together for our 3:30 pm boat ride. Arrived at the pier and told we would load boat at 4:40, we stood in line from 4-5pm because there were so many people crowded in, and workers keep letting people move to the front of line. The workers cussed at patrons and were telling people thereā€™s no assigned seats, first come first served. We were also told we would stop at 4 locations for 15 minutes on the tour, which also was a lie. I would never use this company again. Itā€™s absolutely disgusting how this company treated people like sardines to get as many on the boat as possibly, just to let people get that got seats have people stand in front of them on the railing. Iā€™m very upset to say the least.

They have a very bad attitude and they use fright tactics to scam you to buy tickets or else you can't see the stutute of liberty. After they sell you the ticket they don't tell you the time and you then find out that its 3 hours later.

What a great experience. My husband and I were just taking a walk in the city when we stumbled upon the Liberty cruises. We got both tickets at discount prices by purchasing online which was also a plus. A wonderful lady by the name of Steph made sure we got VIP treatment boarding the boat. The boathouse I forgot his name he was also great and the workers outside of the boat terminal are also outstanding. I will definitely be back before summer is over.
