Federal Hall
Discover the site of the building that served as the first Capitol of the United States under the Constitution, the first meeting of Congress, and Washington's inauguration. Note that the building is closed on weekends.

Trinity Church Wall Street
Visit the graveyard where Alexander and Eliza Hamilton are buried, along with other notable Revolutionary War figures such as Hercules Mulligan. Note that we enter on days/times it is open.

Bruce is an absolutely exceptional history scholar, and he makes every tour a learning and sensory amazing experience. We have done 3 tours with him and have learned more than we ever knew about the city’s history and about the places and people who made transformative change. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Wow. This tour was hands down one of the best I've ever taken - and I take a lot of historical tours. Bruce's deep knowledge, well-researched anecdotes, memorized passages and quotes, and passion for history will bring the formative first days of the US alive. Whether you're visiting New York and about to see Hamilton on Broadway, or were born and lived here all your life - you will never see the downtown streets of Manhattan the same again. If you want to feel like you're Nicolas Cage in National Treasure on a Saturday afternoon, that's all good too. Bruce brings olds maps, knows the little-known details about Revolutionary stories and leads you along old stomping grounds from Old Amsterdam in 1600s. Absolutely a must see tour!
