The staff was very helpful and the trip wa fun. The downtown tour was insightful and very educational. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to learn more about the city of New York.

Good Experience. However, there should be more buses and start earlier the uptown tour and end later.

Too many sellers, driving you crazy on the street, trying to sell you tickets. Then no buses. Waited ages on day 1, supposedly 10 mins between buses on downtown tour, waited way way longer. Then next day tried to do uptown tour. These are every hour. Waited for the first one. It was 15 mins late and so full we couldn't get on. Still people are selling tickets for buses that don't exist!!!! And the tour info when you're on board is really sparse. And only 2 of the 3 lines are running. Do not recommend.
