Utterly disorganized. Horrible service. Less vehicle available than the number of people. We couldn’t get into the bus for Liberty cruise ( had to take Uber from stop 12 to go to stop 11) and getting back to the the starting point from stop 13, at 6 pm as all of the buses were coming full and after 30 mins gap. We had elderly people and kids in the group. After waiting for an hour from 6pm-7pm, had to take Uber to go back to the staring point(stop17) . For uptown tour had to wait for 1 hour 45 mins. Not suitable for a family with kids and elderly people. Liberty cruise was not good at all. They were selling the top deck seats for $20 bucks extra, which was not mentioned anywhere in the website. Had to wait 1 hr and 30 min in the que to get into a overbooked cruise. They will ask you to reserve the cruise but they don’t even care to look at the time you reserved. They will let all the people to get into the cruise whoever was in the queue. Very very disappointed with the Topview sight seeing.

The tour was great.we got to see all the spots we intended on seeing. My favourite was the night tour.

Everyone very kind and informative. Busses clean. EB was fantastic!! Night tour was great. Sales person helped with great information and set everything up on my phone for me. Great solution to traveling in the city, especially if you are on your own.
