We purchased a complete tour with a suggested time of 2.5 hours that should have taken us around the city. Frequent stops would allow for guests to get off and on the bus. On our tour, the driver stopped the bus and got out. Another man from the company greeted him and the two of them stood on the sidewalk, talking, laughing, and looking at their phones. After about twenty minutes, I called out to ask what the hold up was. At first, there was no response. When I asked again, I was rudely told that we had to wait for a cruise to come in so we could pick them up. Keeping in mind that the buses came frequently, it didn’t make sense for us to be stuck in the sun on the side of the road waiting. When I suggested that, I was told to take it up with customer service. So I called the number I had on my phone and was put on hold for 10 more minutes. The driver got back on the bus and we began moving. The customer service representative came back on the line and said we should be moving. I asked how I could get a refund and she said I would have to email customer service and wait for a response. I emailed and explained that after wasting more than thirty minutes of our trip, we were unable to complete the tour. I also mentioned that it was our last day in the city and we wouldn’t be back. I received a response the following day with a request for a code that I sent back. A second email stated that they don’t do refunds, but offered free passes. As I had explained, this was our last day, and they failed to provide the service we paid for. Such an upsetting way to end the trip.

This bus tour service is very bad because it appears they do not have enough buses to handle the number of customers. They wrongly advertise that they have waiting times of just 15 minutes, but the truth is they make you wait at some stops for over an hour. We waited with a group of 20 customers at one stop and three different buses stopped but we were not allowed to hop on because they were full. We had to wait over an hour and finally were allowed to board the bus, but just 5 of us. The rest had to wait longer. Not right. Contacted the company asking for a refund for terrible service and they refused. Not right. Will never do business with TopView again.
