The ground staff are unbelievably rude - shouting at customers. Commentary on the bus is laughably bad - pretty much listing buildings that celebrities have stayed in and reeling off movies filmed in the area. Very little of actual interest. The tour would have benefited from more stops. Buses themselves seem fairly frequent - but overall for us not worth the money.

Complete scam, they overbook the tours and don’t let you in the bus. We spent an hour waiting to get on a bus before asking for a refund which we were denied. Stay clear of this company unless you want to spend your vacation arguing with customer service and disputing credit card transactions.

We took the Downtown Tour getting on near Times Square and staying on until City Hall, then walking on the Brooklyn Bridge and then around the Pier 17 area and Wall St before getting back on again by The Battery. Audio wasn’t brilliant and at times a bit out of sync with where we were, but it was sufficient. Had to wait a while to hop back on in the searing heat, but no longer than expected on a busy day. Took us along all the streets and areas we wanted and at 2hrs + total on bus time, it was about the right duration. We’ll organised at the start with staff filling buses quickly and getting the next one in position to take the next wave. Quite expensive, but what I expected.
