WOW - absolute must do if you are in NYC! What a cool experience! We got on the night cruise that runs out to the Statue of Liberty and back and it was amazing. They have a bar on the boat and super friendly staff (Elizabeth was so helpful and made booking easy), I can't recommend this enough. I'll definitely do this again and check out some of their other experiences (cocktail cruise, smaller ship, sunset cruise, etc)

Our trip got cancelled 20mins before the sail was due to begin. We were informed by email this was due to poor weather conditions. While we understand safety comes first, no crew members or staff came to the pier to let us know. There were a lot of people waiting that didn’t have access to email therefore would have no way of knowing the sail had been cancelled. The email stated we weren’t entitled to a refund but could book onto another sailing of our choice at no extra cost. Shame it was our last night in NYC. No sail and no refund.

Dear Laura, We sent someone to the dock as soon as we understood that the sail was canceled by the captain due to weather/ safety concerns. The cancellation notice went out approximately 2 hours beforehand and your future sail credit with our company will never expire. There was someone there beginning 30 minutes prior to departure time. This was an amazing boat trip. My partner and I joined them on the the evening sail boat tour. It was very peaceful and therapeutic ride to and from Liberty Island giving beautiful views of Manhattan and the surrounding areas. This boat does not stop along its route and you cannot get off it (which we knew prior to going). If you were to visit during the day note there is not much cover for shade or shelter from the weather. There is also a bar on board and not a large amount of available seating. Therefore, if it is a busy period you may be standing during the entire duration.
