I've lived in New York for 20 years and much of the history was entirely new to me--a wonderful fascinating and important tour for both visitors and locals.

The host was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that you otherwise would not notice. He has been a teacher in the NYC public school system for 40 years, and was engaging and enthusiastic. After taking the tour it was evident how white supremacy and slavery form the foundation of NYCs history and wealth.
